Tiernan Colby, a senior at Sonoma Academy in California, won his boys varsity section at the 39th Phil Wilder Mariner Cross Country Invitational at Hayward High in Hayward, Calif. Colby covered the 3-mile layout in 15:02.90, helping Sonoma Academy earn eighth overall with 210 points.
